We Do Every Size Deal - The Smallest to the Largest
To Be Clear, We Are Not Hiring Employees.
That Said, We Are Extremely Interested In People To Refer Us Deals.
Your Referral Fee May Be Very Large. Our Last Three Referral Fees Were $20,000, $10,000 & $20,000. We’ve Paid (Single Standalone) $100,000+ Referral Fees – And $100 Referral Fees.
Referral Fees are a Percentage of the Commission
The percentage is dependent upon whether you simply give us a name and number and we call the Potential Customer (For Which You Typically Get 10%, Which Could Get You $20,000 – Not A Little Amount For Simply A Name & A Phone Number) or you could do more or less. For example, you can have the Potential Customer call us (Which We Highly Prefer). Then you don’t even have to call us (presuming you already have a Referral Agreement with us). You can even have the Potential Customer sign our Listing Agreement & Obtain the Retainer, For Which We Will Typically Pay You HALF of the Commission – Or MORE/Or Less –– Dependent upon the Listing Percentage and size of the deal). There are obviously conditions to the Referral Payment, which are well covered in the Referral Agreement (which is why you need the agreement before sending us the referral), like we can’t have ten people call us to refer one customer (this never happens, the USA is gigantic, you will have your own referrals, though joke, once there was a poker game, one guy said he was thinking of selling, the other three jumped from the table to call me). You must call us AHEAD of the referral, we will send you a written agreement, specifically offering various percentages, listing the percentages and the conditions. WE WANT TO PAY a Referral Fee. When we send you $20,000, you send us more customers. We make money on these customers, even after your $20,000 Referral Fee (do the math). That said, we spend hundreds or thousands of man hours on each deal, and we have a huge six figure overhead, so we work hard for our portion of the fee.
